Entertainer Hina Khan is as of now going to the Cannes Film Festival 2022 where India is the 'nation of honor'. Recently, the initial service for the Indian Pavilion occurred which was gone to by Deepika Padukone, Tamannaah Bhatia and Urvashi Rautela alongside different VIPs. Notwithstanding, Hina Khan wasn't welcomed.
As per The Indian Express, Hina Khan addressed film pundit Anupama Chopra about the issue. Referring to it as "dispiriting", Hina featured that there is an "elitest framework" at place which actually isolates TV and film entertainers, despite the fact that they are addressing a similar country on a worldwide stage.

"We as a whole have a place with similar industry, we as a whole have a place with the amusement business, we have all come here to address India. I'm exceptionally eager to send off the banner of my film, everybody there realizes that I'm coming to send off the banner of my film… I was extremely invigorated."
"Then, at that point, comes the news… There is an elitist framework, this elitist game, which actually exists. There was an initial function that occurred at the Indian structure. There was everybody, every one of the abilities, my peers, and not simply from Bollywood. It isn't so much that I envy them, I am so glad for them. And yet, it is a piece crippling, for what reason would i say i was not there? For what reason would i say i was not there? I might have been there, presumably in the crowd, at any rate, supporting them when they were doing the Ghoomar. I cherished the video, I felt so pleased with my country."
Here is a video catching scraps from her meeting:
