After the third perusing in the House, Parliament passed the E-demand on Tuesday, March 29.

During the second perusing of the E-demand, the Minority organized a walkout. They left after Minority Leader Haruna Iddrisu expressed that the NDC MPs are bound together in their resistance to the proposition.

On the House floor on Tuesday, March 29, he marked the E-demand proposition as reformatory, adding that whenever passed, it would raise the "significant expense of carrying on with work in the nation" considerably higher.

"E-demand is the disturbance of annoyance charge," he said, adding that "organizations are experiencing under your supervision. We are joined that we won't uphold E-demand, we won't decide in favor of E-demand."

On Tuesday, March 29, Finance Minister Ken Ofori-Atta moved a goal in Parliament to pass the E-demand.

This came after he made a presentation in the House about the E-demand.

"Subsequently, I move the movement" to endorse the E-demand, he added.

Kwaku Kwarteng, MP for Obuasi West, supported the idea.

Similarly as he was going to offer his expression, Minority Leader Haruna Iddrisu rose and expressed they couldn't discuss this is on the grounds that they approached the report. Murtala Mohammed, an administrator from Tamale Central, upheld him up.

"The duplicates of the report are being circulated now," Speaker Alban Bagbin said. "I don't think it is appropriate as far as we're concerned to stop meeting; I will permit you an opportunity to concentrate on the report and offer a useful remark."
